Why We’re Running a Beta Test

Before officially launching Renew U to the public, we’re inviting a small group of women to go through the program with us first.

This beta phase allows us to fine-tune the experience, gather feedback, and make sure every part of the program truly supports the women we serve.

Because of that, the beta group will be intentionally small so we can work closely with each participant and learn what works best.

As a thank you for helping us shape the program, beta members will receive access to Renew U at a discounted rate.

Not everyone who applies will be selected for the beta group, but those who express interest will be the first to hear when Renew U officially opens.

We begin by learning about you — your goals, lifestyle, training, sleep, and current eating habits. From there we set personalized macro targets designed to support your progress without extreme restriction.

Each week we review your progress together. We look at your food logs, energy levels, hunger, workouts, and life stress so we can understand what’s working and what isn’t.

You’ll track your meals using a simple app so we can see what’s actually happening with your nutrition. This gives us real data to work with instead of guessing.

Your macros aren’t static. We adjust them as needed to keep you moving toward your goals while helping you build habits you can maintain long-term.
